Announcement for the 2009 ISSM Extra-Funding for RAS

It is with great pleasure that I hereby announce the application for the 2009
ISSM Funding for RAS to all of APSSM members.
ISSM Funding for RAS will be allocated to each RAS with $50,000 only on 2009 and
no general funding on 2010. Therefore ISSM has made extra funding for regional
societies, which not only give a chance for the new advances of sexual medicine
in Asia-Pacific region, but also provide new information for research and
clinical activities worldwide. Any extra-funding will be given by request only
on 2009 and all funding will be given by request only on 2010 by the decision of
the Executive Committee of ISSM Feb. 14, 2008. The ISSM Grants are provided for the regional societies with extra-funds to
accomplish the society's projects at a continental level.Funding for
individual proposal is not the scope of this grant. Under these situational
changes, APSSM Secretariat gathers new ideas or projects to get the ISSM funding
from all of APSSM members on year around. The completed proposal document with
attached ISSM Grant Application Form should be submitted to APSSM Secretariat
until Nov. 30, 2008. ISSM Grant Application

All the applications from APSSM members will be submitted to ISSM Secretariat to
be unified by APSSM
Secretariat before a term period of New Year. 2009 ISSM Extra-Funding Winners
will be notified from the ISSM Executive Board.
Again, APSSM Secretariat hopes that all of APSSM members have a deep concern and
interest about 2009 ISSM Extra-Funding for RAS.
